• HSE Manager (RSPP – Head of the Prevention and Protection Service): Assists the Employer in risk assessment and management, drafting the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), and carrying out all activities outlined in the various articles of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.
• HSE Officer (ASPP – Prevention and Protection Service Officer): Supports the HSE Manager in all activities defined under Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.
• Supervisory Body Member (OdV): Serves as a member of the Supervisory Body as required by Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments.
• DPO – Data Protection Officer: Responsible for data protection, tasked with informing, monitoring, and cooperating in accordance with Article 39 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
• IA – Internal Auditor: Responsible for verifying and improving a company’s internal controls to ensure proper assessment and management of business processes and risks.
• CO – Compliance Officer: Ensures that the company’s organizational processes comply with legal regulations, technical standards, and internal or client-specific requirements.
• IM – Innovation Manager: A professional responsible for leading and managing innovation within the company, fostering a work environment that utilizes up-to-date technologies, processes, and operations.
• Registered Engineers: for drafting and certifying technical reports within the scope of the Transizione 4.0 initiative; for providing technical opinions; and for acting as party-appointed technical consultants.
