Our
people

We were founded in 1988 by a team of engineers with the vision of offering consulting and technical training to an industrial system undergoing major restructuring.

Our passion for training led us to obtain accreditation as a training organization from the Piedmont Region in 2005, followed by several other certifications as a qualified training provider.

In 2021, we acquired a majority stake in iSimply Srl, a company based in Ivrea specializing in tax collection services for small local authorities (registered in Section II of the MEF Register, pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 446 of 15/12/1997), as well as GDPR consulting and e-learning focused on regulatory and technological competencies.

Always attentive to market developments, today we are a team of consultants with expertise across all areas of compliance, combining a strategic and hands-on approach focused on delivering results.
