The characteristics of the 2G Management Consulting Group are represented by its Consultancy Style namely by the process with which a project of change is realized within the Company with the support of the Consultants.
The first step is made up of the phase clarifying the objectives to be carried out by the Client and the Consultants of the 2G Management Consulting Group. The term CLIENT is understood as meaning that person who commissions the consultancy activity and therefore the person who in the first place felt the need to resolve a problem or more generally speaking feels the need to improve. Generally it is the case of a person with a high level responsibility, a Managing Director or the same Owner. However, other Clients are involved in the consultancy activity and namely the Contact Persons (the constant point of reference in the Company and therefore the person in charge of the operation of the project) the OPERATIVE CLIENTS (the persons who are more or less involved in a relevant manner and who will be asked to contribute with their own competence) and the OPERATORS (those who implement the recommendations which result from the project and who will benefit from the relative improvements.
The consultancy style of the 2G Management Consulting Group is the procedure with which it applies the content, the methodology and the consultancy model to satisfy the needs of the Company. It is a style which depends on the social behaviour and the characteristics of the Company itself for which reason it can be enclosed between two levels.

Placed at one end is the style for which the Consultant carries out a catalyst action in such a way that the Client, the Contact Person and the Operative Clients arrive in an autonomous manner to understand the real problem and to identify the initiatives for improvement. The phases of this style are:
1. Understanding of the problem
2. Solution of the problem
3. Implementation of the solution
4.
Follow-up
A fundamental prerequisite is the presence within the Company of the competences necessary for the attainment of the objectives which the project will set for itself.

Placed at the other extreme is the style for which, the Consultant, through an appropriate process, prescribes a suitable recommendation thus carrying out an active role in all senses. The Client, the Contact Person and the Operative Clients limit themselves to the provision of data and information. The phases of this style are:
1. Analysis
2. Diagnosis
3. Therapy
4. Implementation
5. Follow-up
In this case the 2G Management Consulting Group possesses a general competence which can be adapted to the company’s reality in which it operates after having detected its fundamental characteristics.

The Tradition and the Culture of the 2G Management Consulting Group ensure that the style of consultancy is therefore modified in relation to the company’s characteristics, the issues, and the extension of the project and of the level of customization having as a main objective the maximization of the output/input relation. |
