The 2G Management Consulting Group is an “enterprise of knowledge and of innovative services” which operates for the continuous improvement of the organizational and managerial models of the Client-Enterprises.
An “enterprise of knowledge” which through its own specific organization of men and means creates knowledge, codifies it in “objects” (procedures, documents, company’s practices, archives, database, etc.) and deploys it within the Client-Enterprise rendering it accessible to the interested functions, so that, successively, it can be opportunely transformed in “knowledge” as a company’s strategic asset
The 2G Management Consulting Group is an enterprise of knowledge which operates on four areas:
Support for the strategic development of the Client-Enterprises, Improvement of technologies and of the supply chain, Management Systems, Human Resources. Some sectors (e.g. logistics) are identified for every area (e.g. improvement of the technologies and of the supply chain) and “products” are realized (e.g. Logistic planning of the warehouse) for each sector. A product of the “knowledge” applied to a specific Client-Enterprise is a specific project.

The 2G Management Consulting Group is an enterprise of knowledge and of innovative services which has been present since 1988 to develop those activities which have as an objective the maximization of the value of the Client-Enterprise. It is presently composed of employed consultants and external associates who operate on all the national territory. However a continuous process of “recruiting” is managed in order to identify the best professionals capable to satisfy the requested consultancy projects in order to respond adequately to the requests of the Clients. The Clients, who are continuously increasing both in number and typology, operate in the industrial and the services sectors; they are small, medium but also large Private and Public Companies.
The operative methodology of the 2G Management Consulting Group develops in three phases:

Check up
To acquire data and information necessary for the solution of the problem submitted by the Company. This solution can only be offered after a dialectic processing of the same data and the information itself. During this phase both the Client and the Reporting Body are interviewed as well as the Operative Clients.
Technical report
With the indication of the solution which one intends to activate to satisfy the needs of the Company. Included in this document will also be a description of the procedures for the provision of the service which will summarise the style of consultancy proposed by the 2G Management Consulting Group. An economic proposal will be compiled together with the technical report.
Provision of the consultancy
This phase respects the times and the solution which have been preliminarily defined with the Client and the Reporting Body.
