Since 1988 our company (born as “2G Industrial Services” which since December 2004 has changed its name to “2G Management Consulting Group”) has had a continuous increase due to the changes in the management of the Companies which has seen that the will and the intuition of the businessman are no longer sufficient to respond to the normative, technical, technological and organizational requisi-tes required by the market.  
In these last ten years the 2G Management Consulting Group has progressively increased its own competences and services by growing from a consulting company into a “company of knowledge and of innovative services”.

It has placed at the disposal of the Client-Companies not only the preparation of the individual consultants but also its structure presently made up of 40 professionals (the greater part of whom possess a degree in engineering) and its Research and Development Centre to plan solutions which are suitable for individual needs.

For this reason our enterprise has organized itself internally with an on-line organization system analysts and specialists not only to plan and to provide services but also to study the economic-financial phenomena, both social and political ones and therefore to identify beforehand the trends, the opportunities, the organizational and managerial models and give them an image of a business opportunity for the Client-Companies.

From the 1385 Clients (as at 31.12.2009) who have requested our services 855 are micro-enterprises (1-9 employees), 318 are small enterprises (10-49 employees), 180 are medium enterprises (50-249 employees) and 32 are large enterprises (over 250 employees).

Considering that 94% of the Italian Enterprises range between a micro and a small dimension, only 5% have a medium dimension while at the same time 1% is large, it is evident that the small and medium Enterprises represent the market to which our enterprise refers. Some of our professional characteristics in the consultancy sector are leading us also to an increase of the Clients in the sector of Large Enterprises.  

For the sake of reference we are listing some of our medium-large dimension Clients in the various commodity sectors.
